Seeing as people have not really followed the rules lately I thought I'd up this information and update it a bit.

IF YOU ARE TRADING AN ADOPTABLE FROM ME YOU MUST NOTIFY ME ABOUT IT VIA NOTE.
YOU MAY NOT RESELL AN ADOPT IF YOU GOT IT THROUGH A TRADE.

BY OWNING A CHARACTER DESIGN MADE BY ME, THIS TOS WILL AUTOMATICALLY APPLY TO YOU AND THE DESIGN.

You cannot restrict the trading, selling or gifting of my adoptables with your own TOS or rules. The only TOS that will apply to my adopts is this one here, and if you are not okay with that then please refrain from obtaining any of my designs. If you trade, sell or gift away an adopt made by me, the new owner is in no way bound to your trading/selling/gifting policy or other "activity"-rules you may apply. Unless it is a scam or you have otherwise been wronged, the person is completely free to trade/resell/gift the design away.

ADOPTABLE TOS

BUYING AN ADOPTABLE
› I do not do holds longer than 24 hours, meaning your payment has to be sent after 24 hours after claiming the adoptable.
› Do not offer what you cannot afford. If you retract your bid or can't pay, you will be put on the blacklist.
› I will not do refunds, what you pay is completely your responsibility.

USING THE DESIGN
› You may not use the design unless you buy it.
› Please credit me for the design!
› After buying you may

tweak minor details about the design
use it as your character/fursona/mascot
use it for any personal/non-profit business
use it outside dA

› After buying you may not

claim the design as yours (as in 'I designed this')
use it for any kind of profit

USING THE ADOPTABLE PICTURE
› You are allowed to use it/upload it on your deviantart/other social media if you

credit me and put a link to my dA (especially when using other sites that dA)
do not use it for any kind of profit
notify me when using it

› do not claim the picture as yours!

RESELLING & GIFTING/TRADING
› You are only allowed to resell the adopt for the same price you paid for or less!
› If you got the adopt through a trade you may NOT resell it for money or points!
› You may NOT sell the adopt for a higher price that what you bought it for
› You may gift/trade the adopt as long as you notify me about it first.
› If you don't have any use for the design you can always return it to me, I might be interested in buying it back.
› If I buy a design back from you I have all the rights to resell it again.

BLACKLIST

This is simply a list of people who I'm not comfortable with owning my designs or doing business with, have shown disrespect or rude behavior towards me or other adopt owners or have broken the tos.
